Compare and Contrast the two properties below...

Here is a good example (see below) of what you should do as a buyer when looking at properties. Weigh the different features and amenities in the house as well as location and determine whether you think it is priced based on the current market and its conditions. Both properties have similar features and amenities. However one is priced $200,000 higher. I don't think the difference in price is warranted. Ultimately, what does sell a property is a buyer who feels the property is right for them and can come to a meeting of the minds with the seller. A real estate agent is a neutral middle party who acts as an advocate for either the buyer or the seller in a particular transaction.
