what's going on?

Lots of activity in the market here in LA. Especially in the 400k (and under) price range. Interest rates went down extremely low, depending on your credit score it's around 5% to 5.5%. Very good.
This house in Eagle Rock was under priced in my opinion. A two bedroom 2 bath home on a 7400 sq ft parcel was listed for 289k.
