Aren't there any pines on the market?
I was watching "the Fantastic Mr. Fox" yesterday, an animated Wes Anderson film. The dialogue is brilliant. Mr. Fox decides he doesn't want to live in a fox hole anymore and gets his realtor, Stan Weasel, to show him some homes.
There's a great oak tree on the hill and Mr. Fox walks inside and says, "It's not exactly an evergreen, aren't there any pines on the market on this side of the river?"
Weasel says, "Pines are pretty hard to come by in your price range."
Sometimes what a buyer wants is out of their price range, but every buyer experiences this in every price point. That's the challenge of finding the best home that meets your needs. The buyer's dilemma.
