Home in Iceland near the Arctic Circle


Homeowner, Lilja Palmadottir, purchased a 988-acre estate 200 miles north of Reykjavik, Iceland in 2001 for $275,000. Located on the edge of the arctic circle it is a relatively endless expanse of flat, treeless land between snow-capped peaks and nearby fjords.
