Short-Sale in Glassell Park
Here's a great story for the homebuyers out there.
My clients found their perfect home back in November. It was a short sale, which meant it could take a while for the bank to approve the sale. Being completely committed to getting this home, the family took themselves off-market and waited and waited.
Aaaaaand waited.
FIVE months later, they were told by the bank that they had 36 hours to close. And they did!
Just goes to show you how crazy this business can be and that, sometimes, it really is worth the wait. The smiles in this photo of my clients getting the keys to their dream home say it all.
